SCIENTIFIC RATIONALE: Ketogenic dietary therapies (KDTs) are high-fat, low-carbohydrate diets that have been found to be effective in managing drug-resistant epilepsies. Enhancing the implementation of KDTs in clinical practice as early approach improves the management of seizures, but not only, in patients who have not responded to conventional medications. the objective of the roundtable is to increase awareness and understanding of this treatment option among healthcare providers providing agile and effective implementation tools, practical tips and experiences.
